Prepare your balck tea as usual and then pour into the saucepan the honey, lemon, and liquor (add clove if desired). Let everything warm up for about 30 seconds and pour into a warmed cup or mug.

Garnish with a slice of lemon

Created in honor of the Academy Award nominated film The Queen. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with 2 lime wheels.

Steep tea in boiling water as usual. While hot, pour tea into container and add ginger. Let infuse at least 5 minutes, remove ginger and let cool.

Mix tea mixture with lemon juice, Cointreau and crushed ice. Strain into martini glasses and serve.
